The Indian Hills Homeowners' Association Board of Directors welcomes you to our neighborhood. We hope that you will find our web site informative.

Our Homeowners’ Association consists of caring neighbors who are concerned with keeping a friendly and safe neighborhood. We invite you to attend our general meetings.

The Indian Hills Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is made up of an Executive Board who is elected residents of Indian Hills that work to maintain the quality of life in our neighborhood. The board consists of the following members for 2008:

Vice President Bill Shurett
Secretary Mary Crum
Treasurer Roger Huffman
Ground/Utilities Sean Reid
Communications Micki Ferguson

The board sponsors 2 semi-annual Garage Sales and maintains common areas at the front entrance and the island on Copperhead Circle. The board will attempt to inform residents on issues that impact our community via a newsletter.

Again, welcome to the Indian Hills sub-division. Please feel free to contact our board members with any questions about our community. We need the support of every resident to preserve and protect the amenities of this beautiful development. We sincerely hope you will support these efforts with your involvement.

Prizes were awarded for the BEST CHILI of INDIAN HILLS!!

Just wanted you to know we always have a blast and want to welcome NEW NEIGHBORS to join right in! :)

I will always try to keep it updated with NEW and upcoming events in the neighborhood as well as things going on in PACE and the surrounding area.
