Indian Hills Ponds

We have two common area ponds in our neighborhood for our homeowners to enjoy. These ponds are located in undeveloped, naturalized areas so please use caution near the ponds and surrounding wooded areas. There have been sightings of alligators, water moccasins, rattlesnakes and other wildlife common to Florida wetlands in these areas.

INDIAN HILLS 
POND RULES:

1. Use of the ponds are restricted to Indian Hills homeowners and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by an Indian Hills homeowner at all times.

2. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Swimming and boating are prohibited.  

4. No dumping or littering is allowed. All trash/debris must be removed before leaving this area.

5. Firearms, open fires and fireworks are prohibited. 

6. Off road vehicles, ATV's, motorcycles, dirt bikes, go-carts, etc. are not allowed on any common area property located in Indian Hills.
